Start by lining up at the right frame of the door:

Then line up like the following. If your team can’t throw either of them, you can ask for a smoke and throw both very fast (and then combine it with the flash below).

Universal A Flash

This flash blinds lots of spots on a and is very hard to dodge.
Line up like so at the center of the door and aim at the left spike on the lantern:

For all B smokes, line up in the corner like so:

For the Mid Pop-Flash, get stuck in the corner of the blockade like so and aim as shown:

This flash will not blind you, as it pops below the window.
